2024/25 Volunteer Policy

Silver Blades is a volunteer-run club with over 500 members, and your involvement is critical to our success. Each family registering a Preliminary, Junior, Intermediate or Senior skater is required to put in volunteer hours over the course of the season. 

This season, the volunteer commitment per family for Preliminary, Junior, Intermediate and Senior level skaters is 10 hours or a fee of $250.  The volunteer fee deposit of $250 will be applied to your account upon registration.  This fee will NOT be charged to your account if your family completes at least 10 hours by June 1, 2025.  

I understand that in lieu of volunteer hours completed by an adult family member or caregiver,  a fee will be charged at the end of the season. (June 1st, 2025)
